These Terms of Use govern your use of ZenDo, an app designed, developed, and operated by L Squared Est. ("LSquared," "we," "us"). By using ZenDo, you agree to these Terms.تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه استخدامك لتطبيق زِن-دو، وهو تطبيق من تصميم وتطوير شركة لام تربيع ("LSquared" أو "نحن"). باستخدامك لزِن-دو، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

2. What ZenDo is2. ما هو زِن-دو

ZenDo is a personal task manager. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server — everything you add is stored only on your own device.زِن-دو مدير مهام شخصي. لا يوجد حساب، ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا خادم — كل ما تضيفه يُخزَّن فقط على جهازك.

3. Third-party links in the Energy Refiller3. روابط الطرف الثالث في معيد شحن الطاقة

The Energy Refiller suggests break activities with links to external sites like YouTube search results. These links take you outside the App to third-party services we don't control and aren't responsible for.يقترح معيد شحن الطاقة أنشطة استراحة مع روابط لمواقع خارجية مثل نتائج بحث YouTube. تنقلك هذه الروابط خارج التطبيق إلى خدمات طرف ثالث لا نتحكم بها ولسنا مسؤولين عنها.

4. Your data stays yours4. بياناتك تبقى لك

Because ZenDo stores everything locally, we never see your tasks. Deleting the app deletes your data — we have no copy to restore.بما أن زِن-دو يخزّن كل شيء محليًا، فنحن لا نرى مهامك إطلاقًا. حذف التطبيق يحذف بياناتك — ولا توجد لدينا نسخة لاستعادتها.

5. Intellectual property5. الملكية الفكرية

The ZenDo name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by LSquared.اسم زِن-دو وشعاره وتصميمه والبرمجيات التي يقوم عليها مملوكة لـ LSquared.

6. Disclaimers6. إخلاء المسؤولية

ZenDo is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.يُقدَّم زِن-دو "كما هو". نبذل قصارى جهدنا لإبقائه موثوقًا، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو عدم انقطاعه.

7. Changes to these Terms7. تغييرات على هذه الشروط

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do.قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنقوم بتحديث التاريخ أعلاه عند القيام بذلك.

8. Governing law8. القانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
